Absorption Cotton 1. The cotton pads mentioned by clients are what we call oil-absorbing cotton. Most of them are made of needle-punched cotton (a process where cotton sheets are cut into shape). The general thickness is 2-5mm. Currently, due to the limitation of equipment stroke, the minimum thickness we can cut for one-piece cotton (polymer cotton) is 3mm. 2. Many structural designs required by clients for cotton pads need to have right angles. 1. Product Definition and Material Specifications The cotton pads specified by clients are oil-absorbing cotton pads, primarily manufactured from needle-punched cotton. This material is formed by cutting cotton sheets into shape through a needle-punching process, with a standard thickness range of 2–5mm. Currently, due to equipment stroke limitations, the minimum thickness we can achieve for one-piece cotton (polymer cotton) is 3mm per cut. 2.
