This material is formed by cutting cotton sheets into shape through a needle-punching process, with a standard thickness range of 2–5mm. Currently, due to equipment stroke limitations, the minimum thickness we can achieve for one-piece cotton (polymer cotton) is 3mm per cut. 2. Instead, its edges feature a certain R-angle curvature due to the molding process. 3.
