Introduction:

Common materials for oil-absorbent cotton typically include PA+PET blends, with PA accounting for 70% and PET 30%.  

Integrated polymer cotton belongs to a type of synthetic thermoplastic fiber material, featuring high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability. It offers superior flavor reproduction, a soft mouthfeel, uniform density, high fluffiness, excellent elasticity, and minimal deformation.  

High oil absorption and retention: Tested at a density of 0.06 kg/m³, it can absorb over 120% oil capacity without leakage.  

Efficient oil release: Minimal residual oil (measured at ~11%), ensuring consistent vaping performance.

Product features:

1.The maximum diameter of circular storage cotton can be made up to 45mm. The minimum diameter of circular storage cotton can be achieved as small as 3.8mm.
