Existing cigarette baking components basically use a heating wire wound around a heating tube, which heats the tobacco by energizing the heating wire. In this technology, the contact between the heating wire and the heating tube is linear, resulting in slow heating speed and low heating efficiency of the heating tube. The heating speed is generally about one minute. In practical use, it also causes disadvantages such as uneven heating and poor smoke taste, leading to poor user experience.

The fast-heating metal heating component has advantages not possessed by existing products, such as convenient implementation, fast heating speed, high heating efficiency, good temperature uniformity, and excellent user experience.



The idea of flexible circuits is applied to heat - not - burn products. Through the design of an ultra - thin heating mesh, the flexible heating mesh is wound around a steel pipe to form a heating pipe, which has the characteristics of fast temperature rise and controllable heating temperature area.


A fast - heating metal heating component includes a heating pipe, a first insulating layer, a heating mesh, a second insulating layer and a third insulating layer. The heating mesh includes a first connection part, a second connection part, an intermediate connection part and a heating part. The heating mesh is sandwiched between the insulating layers and then attached to the heating pipe to form a heating component.
